Handcrafted knitted items created to inspire and to
remind you of your uniqueness. What I knit has ALWAYS a meaning to it and it is
energetically loaded with the message destined for the person. This makes that
all what I create to be unique and has the quality of an art piece.
My intellectual property rights
the way as I express my ideas in my handcraft work
and how I create with the knitted messages is unique and I am happy if the
messages inspire you.
My liabilities
handmade items require extra time to be finished. I reserve myself
the right to inform about the approximative readiness of the knitted item. Shipping
time excluded.
payment terms
Payment in advance.
Refund, return
should you not like your knitted item, you may return it and you
will receive 50% of the amount back.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items. You should send
them at the following address: (To be set). I cannot be held responsible for items
damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, I recommend an insured and
trackable mail service. I am unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the
items or proof of received return delivery.
Conditions for Returns:
In order for the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: - -
the items were purchased in the last 14 days
the items are carefully packed in order to arrive as initially sent
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
Gifts
If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to
you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned
product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to
themselves to give it to You later, I will send the refund to the gift giver.
Cancellations
Cancellations from both parties are possible within 3 days after our
conversation.
Shipping and delivery details
The items are sent via post.
Acceptable and prohibited behaviors, and their consequences in regards to
contacting me by phone or mail:
on the base of a respectful communication,
openness and appreciation towards each other, we can co-create a beautiful
experience for everybody involved. Should this not be the case, we have to go
separate ways.
Information on guarantees
I work only with natural materials: Merino wool,
sheep wool, baby-alpaca, cotton, mohair, silk hair, etc. For a lasting life of the
knitted items I recommend ONLY HAND WASH.
Every item is hand made by me with Magic, Enthusiasm, Love, Intuition.
